After a busy junior golf career, Paige Mackenzie set off for the University of Washington where she finally graduated in 2006 with a business administration degree. She also earned three-time, NCAA All-American honors, and by the time she left Seattle, she was Golfweek’s No. 1-ranked female amateur in the U.S. More than ready to start her new adventures on the LPGA, she soon became one of 15 LPGA q-school graduates in 2007 to earn a tour card.
In 2012, she found another passion as a Golf Channel analyst. It was the first time in years that she had been part of a “team,” working towards a common goal. She enjoyed the collaboration more than she could have ever anticipated.
She started as the lead analyst for the LPGA Tour, and by June 2013, became a regular analyst for “Morning Drive,” studio analyst for “Golf Central,” while continuing to play a full schedule on the LPGA Tour. In 2015, she joined Golf Channel as an analyst on “Morning Drive,” in addition to serving as a lead analyst for select events airing on Golf Channel and NBC.
In 2023, Paige was elected to the University of Washington’s Huskie Hall of Fame, and she was inducted in ceremonies attended by family and friends.
When not at tournament sites or in the Golf Channel studios, she enjoys spending time with her family, husband Jonathan, and their two sons Beckett and Bronson.
